Lean6 AI SolutionsAI Governance Starter Kit
Solutions in Action · Governance

Guardrails that let your teams use AI with confidence.

Your staff are probably using AI already, sometimes in tools you did not know had it. This starter kit gives you a clear policy, one register of every AI tool and agent, and risk tiers that match review to risk. It draws on our experience running governance in highly regulated environments, scaled to organizations of any size.

Quick governance check

Six questions, about one minute. Your results appear instantly.

01Do you have a written AI use policy that staff have read?
02Do you know every AI tool in use, including AI features built into software you already pay for and personal accounts staff use for work?
03Are there clear rules for what information may be entered into AI tools?
04Before an AI tool or feature is switched on, does someone check whether the vendor keeps your data or uses it to train its models?
05Is AI output reviewed by a person before it is used in client-facing or high-impact work?
06Is there a simple way to report AI errors, misuse or data exposure?
