What AI should do for you

Four outcomes we build every engagement around

Technology is the easy part. We start from the business result you need and work backward to the right use cases, tools, and operating model.

Grow revenue

Launch new AI-enabled products, services, and earned-revenue streams, and sell more effectively to the customers you have.

Increase capacity

Automate administrative work and give people hours back each week to spend on the work only they can do.

Improve client outcomes

Deliver faster, more personal service, and give customers and clients better resources, guidance, and visibility.

Decide with data

Turn scattered data into dashboards and insights leaders actually use, so decisions rest on evidence rather than instinct.

Services

End-to-end AI services, configured to your organization

Every organization starts from a different place. Choose a single service, or combine them into a program that runs from first assessment to scaled, governed adoption.

  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents
  • Generative AI assistants and chatbots
  • Low-code workflow automation
Build

Pilot Design & Implementation

We design, build, and launch focused pilots that prove value in weeks, then decide with you whether to scale, adjust, or stop.

  • Pilot charters with success measures
  • Build, test, and launch support
  • Results review and scale decision
Build

Data & Analytics Foundation

Clean, connected data and dashboards that make AI work and give leaders a reliable view of performance.

  • Data inventory and quality fixes
  • KPI frameworks and dashboards
  • Reporting automation
Enable

AI Training & Enablement

Role-based training that takes staff from skeptical or self-taught to confident, responsible everyday users of AI.

  • Prompting and tool-specific workshops
  • AI champion networks

Enable

Change Management & Adoption

Structured change management so new tools are adopted and kept in use, including by people who were hesitant at first.

  • Stakeholder and impact analysis
  • Communications and adoption plans
  • Adoption tracking and reinforcement
Process optimization comes standard.

Every service is grounded in Lean Six Sigma. We streamline the process before we automate it, so AI accelerates good work instead of scaling waste.

Engagement models

Engage us by project, or bring us in as your AI leader

Start where it makes sense for your budget and pace. Many clients begin with a fixed-scope strategy module, then move to fractional leadership once priorities are approved.

Project-based

Modular engagements

Fixed-scope modules with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria. Select only the modules you need, in the order that fits.

Strategy FoundationDiscover · Define
Governance & DesignDesign
Staff AI EnablementAny phase
Pilot Build & LaunchDevelop · Deploy
Data-Driven FoundationDesign · Deploy
Drive & SustainDrive

Best for: a defined initiative, a first AI strategy, or a specific pilot.

Fractional leadership

Senior AI leadership, without a full-time hire

An experienced leader embedded with your team on a monthly retainer, scaled to the hours and seniority you need.

Fractional Chief AI Officer Executive

Owns AI vision, strategy, and governance at the executive table and with your board.

Fractional AI Lead Program

Runs your AI program day to day: roadmap, pilots, vendors, champions, and reporting.

AI Program & PMO Advisor Advisory

Sets up the PMO, governance cadence, and portfolio tracking your team will run.

Best for: ongoing transformation, multiple initiatives, or building internal capability.

What a 90-day pilot can look like

Pilots are chosen during Define and tailored to each client. These examples show the shape of the work.

Goal · Grow revenue

A branded paid learning platform

Turn your expertise into an earned-revenue stream with AI-assisted course development on a platform you own.

Days 1–30Pick the first course and price point; choose the platform
Days 31–60Build the portal, payments, modules, quizzes, and certificate
Days 61–90Launch, and hand off a repeatable course template

Measured by enrollments, revenue, completion rate, and time to build each new course.

Goal · Client outcomes

Applied AI training programs

Practical, hands-on AI classes for your customers, members, or community, packaged so you can deliver them again and again.

Days 1–30Survey needs; design the first class, workbook, and templates
Days 31–60Run the first cohort and capture before-and-after results
Days 61–90Add a second class and package the series for scale

Measured by attendance, completed work products, participant confidence, and demand.

Goal · Increase capacity

AI agents for daily operations

Give staff time back with copilots and agents that handle intake, routing, scheduling, and first drafts.

Days 1–30Map where time goes; set up copilots; train the team on prompting
Days 31–60Build an intake agent that routes requests to the right person
Days 61–90Add a drafting assistant; publish an AI use policy and results

FAQ

Common questions

Don't see your question? Ask it on a discovery call.

We're just getting started with AI. Where do we begin?

Most clients begin with a readiness assessment and strategy module. In about 90 days you have a prioritized set of use cases, a business case, a governance policy, and your first pilots selected.

Do you only work with large enterprises?

No. We bring enterprise-grade methods to organizations of every size, from small businesses and nonprofits to mid-market companies and enterprise teams. Scope and pace are tailored to you.

Which AI tools and platforms do you work with?

We are vendor-neutral and work with what you already own where possible, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, leading generative AI models, low-code automation platforms, and learning management systems.

How do you handle data privacy and responsible AI?

Governance runs through every phase. We set acceptable-use and data policies, review privacy and security risk before anything is built, and keep a human in the loop for consequential decisions.

What's the difference between a Fractional AI Lead and a Fractional Chief AI Officer?

A Fractional Chief AI Officer works at the executive and board level on vision, strategy, and governance. A Fractional AI Lead runs the AI program day to day. Many clients start with one and adjust as their program matures.

How is pricing structured?

Project work is priced as fixed-fee modules with defined deliverables. Fractional roles are a monthly retainer based on hours and seniority. Nonprofit and founding-client pricing is available.

What if our staff are skeptical of AI?

That's common, and we plan for it. Structured change management, champion networks, and role-based training help hesitant staff see what AI can do for their own work.
